Who we are

Planitel is SaaS software for on-call phone management, published by AB PLUS, a French company founded in 1996 that has specialized in business telephony solutions from the start.

Planitel was launched in 2016 to meet a specific need: letting organizations that run an on-call phone service — hospitals, local authorities, IT departments, energy networks, transport operators — manage their on-call number with no manual intervention, 24/7.

Today, more than 500 organizations rely on Planitel to make sure no urgent call is ever missed.

Our technical commitment

AB PLUS is a telecom operator registered with ARCEP, the French telecoms regulator (registration code: ABPL). This means we run the phone infrastructure that carries your on-call numbers ourselves — we don't rely on a subcontractor for the critical part.

How Planitel started

For 20 years, AB PLUS supported companies with their telephony projects. We saw that, for most organizations, on-call phone management remained an unsolved problem: schedules on paper or spreadsheets, forgotten call forwarding, calls lost at night or over the weekend.

Planitel was designed to remove these points of failure: a single number, a shared online schedule, automatic routing to the right person, and automatic escalation when nobody answers.

Jérôme Lambert, Founder

Jérôme Lambert has led AB PLUS since it was founded in 1996. With 30 years of experience in business telephony, he started developing Planitel in 2016 to offer a simple, reliable answer to the complexity of managing on-call phone services.
